Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories included.
• Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or receipt).

Time Limits & Processing

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Once your returned item is received and inspected, ZENARITHA will notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

How to Request a Return

2. Provide a brief description of the reason for return.
3. Await return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.

Requirements & Documentation

All return shipments must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. ZENARITHA reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the stated criteria.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In such cases, ZENARITHA will provide prepaid return instructions.
